01 General Terms & Conditions

Luck7 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions govern the legal relationship between luck7 and all its members (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "member").

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account with luck7. If a minor creates an account using false information, that account along with all associated deposits and winnings will be forfeited.

One Account Policy

Each person may register only one luck7 account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited.

Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If any details change, please update them via Account Settings or contact Support.

• Your real name, mobile number, and email address are required.
• A national ID or other supporting documents may be requested during payment verification.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to another person.

03 Betting Rules

It is each member's responsibility to read the specific rules and conditions for the relevant event before placing a bet on luck7. The following rules generally apply to all types of betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Once the market closes before an event begins, no further bets will be accepted.
• In live betting, bets may be rejected due to network delays — this is not a platform error.
• Bets placed on odds displayed due to an error or technical fault may be declared void.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, a decision will be made in accordance with the specific rules of that sport.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

Deposits at luck7 can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• No charges on deposits.
• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–6 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if suspicious activity is detected.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim a bonus only once.
• Minimum wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn (typically 5x–20x).
• Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Using multiple accounts or proxies to claim bonuses will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Luck7 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus at any time.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on luck7. Violations will result in immediate account closure, and all deposits and winnings may be forfeited:

• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Using fraudulent tactics in betting or gameplay.
• Exploiting system or software vulnerabilities.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses (bonus hunting).
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Attempting to disrupt or interfere with site operations.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

Luck7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• KYC verification failure.
• Accessing the site from a restricted region.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules.

08 Responsible Gaming
